Given the lack of population in some areas of the country, Denis Naughten, TD for Roscommon-Galway, thinks that members of the rural community should be afforded a relaxation of restrictions. As built-up areas in Dublin and Cork and other counties need social distancing measures, why should sparsely populated areas be put in the same bracket?
