Tánaiste Leo Varadkar said he expects tens of thousands of small businesses to apply for a new round of business restart grants. The Restart Grant Plus Scheme is a part of the Government's July Stimulus package to help businesses impacted by COVID-19.

Leo Varadkar spoke to Jonathan Healy about the new scheme and about the impact COVID-19 will have on the country.
