Hot Chip Dublin is the brainchild of Master Cookie Monster Dave. Having sampled every cookie south of the equator and experienced the cookie revolution in full flow, Dave knew he wanted a piece of the pie. Fast forward to his Dublin return, Dave went to work on creating his now popular dough recipe during the first lockdown of 2020. Hot Chip is stocked nationwide including in Avoca and Ben & Jerrys. Dave McSharry joined Pat on the show this morning as part of our 'Keep It Local' campaign.
