Trips to the beach just wouldn't be the same without a sweet and creamy 99 or a refreshing ice lolly. However, with only so many fine days in the year is there a demand for ice cream in Ireland ? And how do businesses cope in the off season? Our reporter, Gavin McLoughlin went to find out.
