Newstalk has teamed up with Aldi to have a look at some of the great Irish producers taking part in the Grow with Aldi Campaign this year. 24 of Ireland's most innovative producers have won a place on the programme, with their exciting products being placed on sale in 150 stores as we speak. Today Henry McKean visited Nicola Kearns who founded Nik's Tea at her kitchen table in Dublin. And Hurst Botanicals, a Fairtrade Kombucha produced by couple, Ellen Quinn & Alex Falco, who are passionate about biodiversity based in County Clare.
