This week, Newstalk is partnering with Make-A-Wish Ireland to celebrate Wish Week. Join us all week as we talk to incredibly brave children and their families and hear how Make-A-Wish has given them hope during the harder times in their lives.

This morning we heard how the charity 'Make A Wish Foundation' made a dream come true for young Jacob Perkins. Joining Pat on the show to tell Jacob's story were his parents Suzanne and Douglas.
