Ailbhe Ryan, NUI Galway Civil Engineering graduate, and Karina Timothy – Service Manager with Threshold Western Region based in Galway joined Pat to discuss the current issues facing students in their rental accommodation from mould to drafts to condensation. Ailbhe conducted the research as part of her BE in Civil Engineering degree programme at NUI Galway and we find out just how prevalent the issue is among students.
