On Friday 24th of may, voters will be asked if they approve of the proposal to amend the constitution contained in the thirty-eighth amendment of the constitution (dissolution of marriage) bill 2016?
in other words, voters will be asked if they wish to remove the four-year minimum “living apart” period before being granted a divorce and allow a reduced term to be defined by legislation.
