White-Water Rafting Facility: Is It A Good Idea for Dublin?

Dublin City Council is set to vote today on the white-water rafting facility on George’s dock at IFSC, which will include a central flat pool for kayaking, canoe and water polo.

The project is estimated to cost 22 million euro and take 18 months to be completed.
