Restaurants, cafes and gastropubs that have their own kitchens will be allowed reopen their indoor dining area from Friday.

Ireland moved to Level 3 on Tuesday following a six-week lockdown; and the '€9 euro substantial meal' rule that was in place before lockdown will still be in place from tomorrow.

But what about those establishments that won’t get to open?

Ronan Lynch is the owner of the Swan Bar and chairman of the Licensed Vintners Association and George Savage is a publican in The Blaskets in Tralee. They joined Kieran on Thursday's edition of The Hard Shoulder to discuss their annoyance at not being able to open.
