Ireland scrum half Conor Murray has been announced as a new Ambassador for Down Syndrome Ireland.

He’s urging everyone to get active and challenge themselves to run, jog, walk, cycle or swim a distance of 100 kms in 21 days – all while raising vital funds for the charity.

He joined Kieran on Monday's edition of The Hard Shoulder to discuss his new role.

He also told Kieran where he felt the Irish team went wrong at the weekend in France in the Six Nations decider.
