Social housing tenants at a luxury complex in Rathgar say they feel isolated.

It is because they're restricted from using the same services as renters who are paying privately.

There is a gym, rooftop terrace, cinema room and concierge service among others.

Reporter Josh Crosbie went down to the Marianella complex in Rathgar to speak to the residents and also locals who are living nearby.
