The issue of high insurance costs keeps cropping up lately - and Ivan's guest thinks that the punitive increases applied by insurance companies in recent years is directly leading to the closure of businesses.  Martin Mulligan is District President of NFRN Ireland (the National Federation of Retails) and is himself a small business owner in Athlone.  He joined Ivan in studio to discuss the difficulties businesses are facing due to increased insurance premiums.
