Fianna Fáil senators have brought new legislation, which would see the banning of the sale of smoky coal.

Senator Timmy Dooley, who is Fianna Fáil’s spokesperson on Climate Change introduced the Clean Air (Smoky Coal Ban) Bill 2021 into the Seanad today.

He joined Mark on The Hard Shoulder to explain, while also joining the discussion was John Sodeau, who is Professor Emeritus of Chemistry at UCC.
