Should speed limiters be required on cars?

Garda have been urging more caution on the roads, following a series of fatal accidents this summer. But one suggestion that has been mentioned is speed limiters - the idea that car can limit your speed to the speed limit required. Should this sort of thing be mandatory on our vehicles? Michael Pidgeon is Dublin City Councillor for the Green Party … and Michael Healy Rae is Independent TD for Kerry. They joined Kieran to discuss.
