Indoor dining will be delayed until July 19th, and the proposal is that establishments will be allowed to welcome vaccinated or immune people in.

How will it work? And how come other countries, like Denmark, have been using this form of vaccine passport for many weeks, while we still lag behind here in Ireland?

Liam Herrick is the Executive Director for the Irish Council of Civil Liberties, while Graham Butler is Associate professor of Law at Aarhus University in Denmark.  They joined Anton on Tuesday's edition of The Hard Shoulder to discuss.
