A survey from the Archdiocese of Dublin has shown that Catholic schools want more preparation for Confirmation and Communion to take place outside of the classroom.

1,800 parishioners, teachers and principals were asked for their views in a review of the sacraments.

Do we need to change how we do the sacraments in our schools?  Is the current method fit for purpose?

Director of the Iona Institute David Quinn told Ivan why he's not particularly surprised by the findings.
