There has been a sharp rise in the number of young adults who are suffering in terms of their mental health after the Covid pandemic. Around 40% of young men and 55% of young women are classified as ‘depressed’ according to the ESRI. Anne Kehoe, Clinical Psychologist and President Elect of the Psychological Society of Ireland joined Kieran the challenges the pandemic has posed and some of the issues around supports that are available for people who are struggling.
