For most people, the morning commute is uneventful and part of the daily routine.

However, this morning was quite extraordinary for passengers traveling up O'Connell St in rush hour traffic.

The bus driver fell seriously unwell while at the wheel with a suspected heart attack, however lucky for him there was a nurse on board.

Aoife McGivney took control of the situation and managed to stop the bus to avoid any casualties, then save the driver's life by administering CPR.
