So a load of us should be getting lie-ins?  That’s according to research that says the average person isn’t actually genetically pre-disposed to getting up early in the morning.  So is it unhealthy to wake up early?  Dr Neil Stanley is an independent sleep consultant and author of ‘How To Sleep Well’ and he spoke to Mark Cagney.
