Fianna Fáil’s Housing Spokesperson, Darragh O’Brien was not happy, as Government this week for voting against the Management Fees (Local Property Tax) Relief Bill 2018.

The Bill would have provided homeowners who are already paying management fees with a reduction in their Property Tax bill worth a third of the fee.

In some cases, this could mean a maximum of €300 per year.

To discuss management fees, management companies and whether this would be a good idea, Ivan was joined by Daithi Doolan, Sinn Fein Dublin City Councillor, and Chairman of their Housing Committee.
