'It's amazing that it's on the cards' - Pilot income scheme for artists

A total of 2,000 artists will be given a basic income of €325 per week, under plans approved by the Government earlier today.

Recipients will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible applicants, and applications open on April 12th.
