Now, with Ireland having one of the fastest vaccination rates internationally and the vaccine portal now open to anyone over the age of 18, slowly but surely the majority of the adult population are getting called for a vaccine.

But what if you have to get time off work to go get the vaccine? Should staff have to work back the time they take off to get their vaccination? Or should they be given a period of grace for doing something that is very important to their health?
