Ian Bailey was arrested today after a High Court appearance where the third European Arrest Warrant from France was endorsed.

In May, a French court found the freelance journalist guilty in his absence of the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.

She was beaten to death in West Cork 23 years ago, but Mr Bailey has always denied any involvement.

Today, he was arrested again after the High Court endorsed the latest warrant for his arrest from authorities in France.

His solicitor Frank Buttimer spoke to Ivan today and gave his reaction.
