A jury in the US has found Derek Chauvin guilty of murder over the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis last year.

The former police officer was filmed kneeling on Floyd's neck for more than nine minutes during his arrest last May.

Chauvin was found guilty on three charges: second-degree murder, third-degree murder and manslaughter.

Bonnie Greer is an author, playwright and columnist with ‘The New European’ newspaper, and she joined Kieran on The Hard Shoulder to tell him why this can't be the end of the issue, and why a policing Bill needs to be passed.
