Fuel drive-offs are now a growing threat to forecourts, garages and retailers across the country. What used to happen occasionally has now become regular, and it’s costing the industry millions every year. All of the service station owners that were surveyed in the Convenience Stores and Newsagents Association (CSNA) survey have experienced a customer driving off and not paying for their fuel in the past 3 months.

Joining Ciara to discuss is Vincent Jennings, Chief Executive Officer of the CSNA, as well as Shane Gleeson, owner of Inver Petrol Stations at Hurlers Cross.
