The Dads from Off The Ball get together regularly on the 'Dadcast' to discuss what it’s like to be a father.

They just had Ireland rugby legend Paul O’Connell as a guest on this week, and he spoke about how he unconsciously encourages his son into sport in a stronger way than his daughter; and it can be as simple as buying rugby jerseys for him from a young age, or putting a hurley in his hand before he could walk.

Off The Ball's Nathan Murphy and former Irish rugby international Tania Rosser joined Kieran on The Hard Shoulder to discuss how we can make more of an effort to encourage our girls into sport.
