Dublin City Council plan to pedestrianize Merrion Row, Mary Street and part of Capel Street on a trial basis, to help restaurateurs back on their feet with controlled outdoor dining this summer.

Kieran was joined on The Hard Shoulder by Martin Harte, from the Temple Bar Trading Company, Nigel Dugdale, advocate for a Liveable Limerick and Frank McDonald, former environment editor with The Irish Times and Temple Bar resident.

They discussed whether this will work.
