Anxiety or fear of experiencing discrimination are the biggest barriers preventing people from ethnic minorities and the LGBTI community getting involved in sport. That’s according to new research from Sport Ireland, which is today launching its new diversity and inclusion policy.  Minister of State for Sport, Jack Chambers joined Kieran to discuss what needs to be done to diversify sport.
