Women might feel excluded in the office when male coworkers talk about sports - at least that’s what the head of the Chartered Management Institute Ann Francke said to BBC’s Today program. She also said companies should then ‘cut down’ on sport chats to avoid making female coworkers feel left out. 

But is restricting any conversation topic in the office a good idea?
