Market rents in Ireland are an average of 11 higher than last year. According to Daft.ie, there were just 851 homes available to rent at the start of this month. That’s down from over 3,600 a year ago. Ryan O’Shaughnessy, Associate Director of Get Property Estates joined Kieran to discuss what can be done to address the issues within the rental market.
