Marese Damery, Health Check Manager at Irish Heart Foundation joined Ivan at the Ploughing today to discuss the risks of heart disease, how it can impact everyone from farmers to office workers.

She discussed IHF's latest campaign to get people up out of their seats during the working day, and she even took Ivan's blood pressure and discussed the risk of cardiovascular disease with him.
