This week Patrick and a team of historians, biographers and writers discuss the Battle for Cork, 1922. Joining Patrick on the panel were Dr Brian Hughes, Lecturer in the Department of History, Mary Immaculate College, University of Limerick and the author of 'Defying the IRA? Intimidation, Coercion, and Communities During the Irish Revolution', Sean Boyne, Journalist, Writer and Historian and the author of 'Emmet Dalton: Somme Soldier, Irish General, Film Pioneer' and Dr John Borgonovo, from the School of History at University College Cork and the author of 'The Battle for Cork: July - August 1922 published by the Mercier Press, Cork City.
