The TV licence is expected to be replaced by a wider media levy, which will also seek to direct funding to local and other national media outlets. However, the government is divided on how much extra funding should be diverted as it could result in a hike in the cost of the licence. In reaction to this Ciara spoke to Larry Bass Ceo of ShinAwil.
