Rents in the open market are now nearly 11% higher than they were a year ago. That’s according to the latest Rental Report by Daft.ie published this morning. Speaking to Newstalk Breakfast this morning was Ronan Lyons an Associate Professor in Economics at Trinity College Dublin and author of the report.
