National Biodiversity Week 2022 kicks off today and the Citizens’ Assembly will hold its first in-person meeting this weekend to discuss the importance of biodiversity in urban and rural areas, and how it's at risk. This morning on the show Ciara spoke to Malcolm Noonan, Minister of State for Heritage and Electoral Reform.
