Some families are wondering if they will have a roof over their head in September when the kids go back to school. As small landlords continue to sell up because of high taxes and complex regulations. The rental housing stock continues to dwindle. One estate agency says one of their rentals had 1200 applications, leading them to operate a lottery system to make it fairer. Henry McKean spent the day with a busy Dublin estate agency and sent us this report.
