The UK has become the first country in the world to approve the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for use. It’s been given the go-ahead by the health regulator MHRA and will become available from next week. Dr Anne Moore is Senior Lecturer in UCC School of Biochemistry & Cell Biology joined us on the show.
