Dublin city council plan to pedestrianize Merrion Row, Mary Street and part of Capel Street on a trial basis, to help restaurateurs back on their feet with controlled outdoor dining this summer.  To discuss this idea further we were joined on the show by Gina Murphy, owner of Hugo’s Restaurant and  Independent Dublin City Councilor Mannix Flynn.
