Paul Davis, Public Procurement Expert from Dublin City University, spoke to Shane Coleman about the ever increasing costs of the children's hospital. after details of the minutes of the Government and HSE oversight group in October were published in the Irish Times this morning.

Davis estimated that the total cost of the hospital could run close to €2.4 billion, a significantly higher figure than the government's estimate of €1.7 billion.
