The people of Limerick are to have an opportunity to vote for the person they want to be the city’s first directly-elected mayor next June, under plans approved by the Cabinet on yesterday. John Moran, Chair of Liveable Limerick and expert witness on this legislation for the joint Oireachtas committee on housing and local government joined Jonathan Healy on the show.
