The St Vincent's Healthcare Group has rejected calls to sell the site of the new National Maternity Hospital. The government has indicated they want to buy the lands from the Religious Sisters of Charity, which owns the land. Dermot Flanagan  Senior Counsel that specialises in Compulsory Purchase Orders joined us on the show this morning to discuss what legal route the government can take next.
