The European Union last night agreed on new sanctions on Russia. The sanctions will blacklist more politicians, lawmakers, and officials, ban EU investors from trading in Russian state bonds, and target imports and exports with separatist entities. Ms. Larysa Gerasko, Ukraine Ambassador to Ireland spoke to Ciara on the show this morning.
