Today, we want to talk about the 2018 Belfast rape trial.

The case led to calls on both sides of the Border for drastic reforms in the treatment of complainants in rape and sexual assault cases. Tom O’Malley, Barrister and Law Lecturer at NUIG chaired a review looking at the issues and joined us on the line.
