The Taoiseach will give a State apology to those who suffered abuse in industrial and reformatory schools. The Government has agreed a package of additional supports for survivors of abuse at institutional schools, including health, education, housing and funeral cost supports. 

Fergus Finlay, Chair of the Christine Buckley Centre, and Patricia Carey, special advocate for survivors of institutional abuse both joined Jonathan Healy on the show to discuss.
