Speed limits could be cut to 30km/h across Dublin city and it’s suburbs from September. That’s if councillors approve the new Covid-19 traffic laws being presented today which would allow for social distancing among the increased numbers of pedestrians and cyclists accessing the city.  For more on this we were joined now by Ciaran Cuffe, Green Party MEP.
