Extending the five-kilometer limit, outdoor sports, and the possibility of larger groups meeting up outdoors are some of the changes expected to be announced by the government this evening.  But where will that leave small business owners, some of whom have had to shut their doors for over a year now? Neil McDonnell, CEO of the Irish Small and Medium Enterprise Association (ISME), Margaret O’Rourke Doherty, CEO of the Hair and Beauty Confederation, and Claire Nash Owner of Nash 19 Restaurant and member of the Cork Business Association spoke to Newstalk Breakfast.
