Minister Roderic O’Gorman has recently campaigned to introduce mandatory paid breastfeeding breaks for mothers for up to two years.  However, not all agree with the ministers lobbying, as small employers' representative group IBEC voices concerns that the rise in breaks should not be extended more than its current six-month allowance.  Joining us to debate this is the Chief Executive of ISME, Neill McDonnell and also author, journalist, columnist for the Irish Times, and mother of seven, Jen Hogan.
