A new pilot scheme which is to be rolled out in some parts of London will allow under-25s caught with Class B drugs - such as cannabis, ketamine, and speed - to avoid arrest and be offered awareness classes or counselling.  Eddie D’Arcy, who’s been a youth worker since the early 1980s and now works in the southwest inner city spoke to us this morning on the show to discuss if we should have a similar pilot scheme in Ireland.
