Talks are due to take place later this week between officials and ministers on a controversial proposal to extend the list of countries on the mandatory hotel quarantine list. The discussions will focus on the capacity of the hotels, whether there are sufficient staff and the legality of extending the list to more EU countries. Joining us this morning to discuss further is Public health physician, Former Director of Public Health for Belfast and Professor of Public Health at University of Bristol Dr Gabriel Scally.
